Strawberry Cheesecake Eggrolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - ¼ cup powdered sugar for filling.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for filling.
04 - ½ cup heavy cream.
05 - ½ cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped.
06 - 2 tablespoons sugar.
07 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
08 - 10-12 eggroll wrappers, quartered.
09 - Vegetable oil for frying.
10 - ½ cup powdered sugar for glaze.
11 - 1-2 tablespoons milk.
12 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract for glaze.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook chopped strawberries with sugar over medium heat until thickened, 5-7 minutes. Add cornstarch if needed.
02 - Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add heavy cream gradually for right consistency.
03 - Place fillings in center of each wrapper quarter. Roll tightly, folding sides to seal.
04 - Heat oil to 350°F. Fry eggrolls in batches until golden, 2-3 minutes per side.
05 - Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
06 - Drain eggrolls on paper towels, drizzle with glaze before serving.
