Stuffed Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup warm milk.
02 - 2 tsp active dry yeast.
03 - 2 tbsp sugar.
04 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 1/2 tsp salt.
06 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
07 - 1 large egg.
08 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
09 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
10 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
11 - 1/2 cup strawberry jam.
12 - 1 cup powdered sugar.
13 - 2 tbsp milk.
14 - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.

# Instructions:

01 - Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk.
02 - Mix in flour, salt, butter, egg.
03 - Let dough rise 1 hour.
04 - Roll and cut donuts.
05 - Let rise another 15-20 minutes.
06 - Fry at 375°F until golden.
07 - Cool completely.
08 - Beat filling ingredients together.
09 - Pipe filling into donuts.
10 - Make glaze and drizzle over donuts.

01 - Allow donuts to cool before filling.

03 - Can freeze unfilled donuts.
