Cheese Mochi Dessert (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100g (0.8 cups) glutinous rice flour.
02 - 30g (0.25 cups) corn starch.
03 - 15g (1 tbsp) sugar.
04 - 160g (⅔ cups) milk.
05 - 10g (0.7 tbsp) butter.
06 - 100g (⅖ cups) cream cheese.
07 - 15g (1 tbsp) sugar.
08 - 100g (⅓ cups) strawberry jam.
09 - 180g (¾ cups) whipping cream.
10 - Chopped Oreos for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add whipping cream and jam. Pipe into 50g portions and freeze.
02 - Mix rice flour, corn starch, sugar, and milk. Strain and steam covered until cooked.
03 - Add butter to cooked dough and knead until smooth and elastic. Stretch repeatedly.
04 - Divide dough into 40g balls. Dust with rice flour.
05 - Mold dough balls, add frozen filling, and seal. Trim excess and dust with flour.
06 - Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.

01 - Filling must be frozen for proper assembly.
02 - Strain dough for smooth texture.
03 - Keep dusted with rice flour to prevent sticking.
