                Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add whipping cream and jam. Pipe into 50g portions and freeze.

                Mix rice flour, corn starch, sugar, and milk. Strain and steam covered until cooked.

                Add butter to cooked dough and knead until smooth and elastic. Stretch repeatedly.

                Divide dough into 40g balls. Dust with rice flour.

                Mold dough balls, add frozen filling, and seal. Trim excess and dust with flour.

                Sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
