Stick of Butter Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup long-grain white rice
02 - 1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) beef consomme
04 - ½ cup butter, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 9x9-inch baking dish.
02 - Mix uncooked rice, French onion soup, and beef consomme in pan.
03 - Top with sliced butter pats.
04 - Cover with foil, bake 30 minutes.
05 - Remove foil, bake 30 more minutes until rice is tender.

# Notes:

01 - Uses whole stick of butter
02 - Can be doubled
03 - Great with any main dish
