Steak with Bourbon Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 ribeye steaks
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/2 cup bourbon
05 - 1 cup heavy cream
06 - Salt to taste
07 - Pepper to taste
08 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
02 - Sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
04 - Carefully add bourbon and scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
06 - Serve steaks topped with bourbon garlic cream sauce and garnish with parsley.
