Spinach Artichoke Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 1/3 cup sour cream
03 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
04 - 1 tsp minced garlic (about 1 clove)
05 - 3/4 cup freshly shredded parmesan cheese (from a block)
06 - 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese (from a block)
07 - 1/2 tsp pepper (or more to taste)
08 - 1/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
09 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
10 - 6 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth, then incorporate chopped artichoke hearts and chopped spinach. Mix again to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
03 - Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish (use a 7.5” x 5.5” dish or any dish measuring 8” x 8” or smaller).
04 - Bake for 20 minutes. Optional: Stir the warmed mixture, sprinkle more freshly shredded parmesan cheese on top, and return it to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes.
05 - Serve and enjoy!

01 - This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and can be enjoyed warm or cold.
