Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken bites and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and keep warm.

In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Reduce heat and whisk in the Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss until well coated. Serve the pasta on plates and top with the spicy garlic chicken bites. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
