# Instructions:

- In a large skillet over medium heat, add avocado oil and cook chopped bacon and andouille sausage until browned and crisp, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Add cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, and lemon pepper seasoning to shrimp and toss. Then, add shrimp to skillet and cook on each side for 60 seconds. Remove from skillet and set aside with bacon and sausage.
- Save about 1 teaspoon of the remaining grease from the bacon, sausage, and shrimp. Add butter. Toss in onion and bell peppers, sautéing until onion becomes translucent. Add minced garlic and stir to combine.
- Add chopped cabbage to the skillet. Turn heat down to medium-low and cover the skillet with a lid. Let cabbage wilt for about 10-12 minutes. Stir cabbage and pepper mixture to combine.
- Add all purpose seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir well. Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Remove lid and add bacon, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Stir to combine all ingredients. Serve over rice, with cornbread, or enjoy alone.
