# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/4 cup milk
06 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt

→ Topping

12 - 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and lightly grease it.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined, but avoid overworking the meat.
03 - Roll the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 15-18 minutes or until meatballs are fully cooked through and browned.
05 - Remove from the oven and brush each meatball with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes to let the sauce set and get sticky.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm. These are great as appetizers or served over mashed potatoes for dinner.
