In the slow cooker, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, minced garlic, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Place seasoned beef cubes into the sauce mixture, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated and mostly submerged.

Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is fork-tender and sauce has thickened slightly.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. If a thicker sauce is desired, stir in a cornstarch slurry during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
