Bake frozen tater tots on a lined baking tray following package instructions at 220°C until golden and extra crispy.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and chopped onion. Cook, stirring and breaking up the meat, for 8 minutes until beef is browned and onion is soft.

Stir in minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in tomato sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes until thickened.

Arrange the crispy tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture in the skillet. Gently press tater tots into the meat sauce.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots. Place skillet under a hot grill (broiler) for 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Watch closely to prevent burning.
