# Instructions:

01 - In a large pan over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic in a small amount of oil until softened. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up larger pieces as needed. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, mixing thoroughly. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture is thick and saucy.
02 - Customize the filling per your preferred style: For Spicy Kick, add diced jalapeño or hot sauce and use pepper jack cheese. For BBQ Bacon, stir in crumbled bacon and substitute barbecue sauce for ketchup, along with smoked gouda. For Tex-Mex, add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning, finishing with coriander and fresh lime juice. For the Vegetarian Option, substitute cooked lentils or plant-based mince for beef. For Philly Twist, add sliced bell peppers and onions, sautéing before adding beef, then season with steak seasoning if desired.
03 - Place one flour tortilla on a flat surface. Evenly distribute a portion of the prepared Sloppy Joe filling and cheese of choice over half the tortilla. Add any optional ingredients such as cream cheese, extra toppings, or specific variation ingredients as desired. Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling.
04 - Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the outside of each filled tortilla with garlic butter. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cheese has melted.
05 - Transfer quesadillas to a cutting board and cut into wedges. Garnish with sliced avocado, fresh coriander, or lime wedges as desired. Serve immediately with ranch, spicy mayo, or sour cream for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For an extra crispy texture, ensure both sides of the quesadilla are brushed with garlic butter before grilling.
02 - Double the cheese or add cream cheese for an ultra-creamy, decadent bite.
03 - Customize heat level with choice of jalapeños or hot sauce to taste.
