Shrimp Tortellini Alfredo Creamy Dream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 400 g cheese-filled tortellini
02 - 300 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Sauce and Seasoning

03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
05 - 3 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
06 - 200 ml heavy cream
07 - 80 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
09 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Garnish

10 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Additional Parmesan cheese, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside, keeping warm.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet and cover to keep warm.
03 - In the same skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Gradually incorporate the Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
04 - Return the cooked shrimp, along with any released juices, to the skillet. Fold in the cooked tortellini, stirring gently to coat the pasta and shrimp evenly with the Alfredo sauce. Warm through for about 2 minutes.
05 - Remove skillet from heat. Top the dish with chopped parsley and additional grated Parmesan. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Cook shrimp only until pink and opaque for optimal tenderness.
02 - Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the smoothest sauce texture.
03 - Sauté garlic until just fragrant to avoid bitterness.
04 - Alternative proteins such as chicken or mushrooms may be substituted for shrimp.
05 - For added color and nutrition, incorporate spinach or sun-dried tomatoes.
06 - For a vegetarian option, omit shrimp and replace with sautéed mushrooms or broccoli.
07 - Choose any preferred tortellini variety, such as spinach or mushroom-filled.
