Sheet Pan Sweet Sour Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
03 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
04 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
05 - 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
06 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
07 - 2 tbsp honey
08 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar
09 - 1 tsp garlic powder
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste
11 - Cooked white rice, for serving
12 - Sesame seeds and chopped green onions (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
03 - In a bowl, mix together sweet and sour sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Place chicken, bell peppers, and pineapple on the prepared sheet pan. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and veggies, tossing to coat evenly.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
06 - Serve the sweet and sour chicken over cooked white rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
