Shamrock Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 packages (3.4 oz each) vanilla instant pudding mix.
02 - 2 cups milk.
03 - 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed.
04 - 1/2 tsp mint extract.
05 - 16 drops green food coloring.
06 - 1 store-bought graham cracker crust.
07 - Whipped cream.
08 - Maraschino cherries.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix pudding mixes and milk until well combined.
02 - Add Cool Whip, mint extract, and green food coloring.
03 - Pour into premade graham cracker crust.
04 - Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight until set.
05 - Serve with whipped cream and cherry.

# Notes:

01 - Can use lite Cool Whip for fewer calories.
02 - Must use instant pudding mix, not cook-and-serve.
03 - Perfect for St. Patrick's Day.
