Stuffed Seafood Bread Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 large sourdough bread bowl.
02 - ½ pound cooked shrimp, chopped.
03 - ½ pound lump crab meat.
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened.
06 - ⅓ cup mayonnaise.
07 - ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped.
08 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
09 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning.
10 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika.
11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Hollow out bread bowl, saving removed bread for dipping.
02 - Mix cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella, onions, garlic, seasonings, and lemon juice.
03 - Gently fold shrimp and crab into cheese mixture.
04 - Spoon mixture into bread bowl, packing evenly.
05 - Place on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
06 - Garnish with green onions and serve warm with bread pieces.

01 - Can pre-toast bread bowl for extra crispness.
02 - Add jalapeños or hot sauce for heat.
