# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease a 22x33-centimeter baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the breakfast sausage, breaking it into small pieces. Drain any excess fat.
03 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs and milk until fully blended. Incorporate softened cream cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, continuing to whisk until mixture is creamy and smooth.
04 - Fold frozen shredded hash browns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture, stirring until components are evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the prepared mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading into an even layer.
06 - Bake uncovered for 40 to 45 minutes, until the center is set and the surface is golden brown.
