# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Components

01 - 226g refrigerated crescent rolls
02 - 450g cooked sausage crumbles
03 - 1 package country gravy mix
04 - 6 large eggs
05 - 60ml milk
06 - Salt
07 - Black pepper
08 - 30g butter
09 - 150g shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 100g shredded pepper Jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C. Lightly grease a round pizza pan.
02 - Unroll the crescent dough triangles and arrange them in a circular pattern on the prepared pan, slightly overlapping. Press the seams together firmly to create a solid crust, extending up the sides of the pan. Pinch any small gaps to ensure a sealed base.
03 - Bake the prepared crust for 11 to 13 minutes, or until it appears puffed and lightly golden. Monitor closely after 10 minutes to prevent overbrowning.
04 - While the crust bakes, prepare the country gravy mix following the package instructions. Whisk continuously until the gravy is thick and smooth. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the cooked sausage crumbles. Keep the gravy warm.
05 - In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs together with the milk, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper until no streaks of egg white remain.
06 - Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour in the whisked egg mixture and gently stir with a spatula, allowing small curds to form. Continuously lift and fold the eggs until they are soft and creamy, removing from heat while still slightly moist.
07 - Once the pre-baked crust has slightly cooled, spread the warm sausage gravy evenly over the entire base.
08 - Distribute the scrambled eggs over the gravy layer. Then, evenly sprinkle the mixture of shredded cheddar and pepper Jack cheeses over the eggs.
09 - Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly browned, and the eggs are fully set. Watch carefully to prevent overcooking.
10 - Allow the breakfast pizza to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing it into wedges and serving hot.

# Notes:

01 - To prepare components in advance, assemble the pizza just before baking for optimal texture.
02 - Substitute bacon or diced ham for sausage; for a lighter option, consider turkey sausage.
03 - For enhanced flavor, use homemade country gravy. A roux can be made with equal parts butter and flour, then whisked with milk, salt, and pepper.
04 - Monterey Jack, mozzarella, or Colby cheese can be used as alternatives or additions to cheddar and pepper Jack.
05 - Pizza dough or biscuit dough can replace crescent rolls for the crust; adjust baking time as necessary.
