# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large tortillas
02 - 4 breakfast sausage links
03 - 4 eggs, scrambled
04 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook sausage links until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
02 - In the same skillet, scramble the eggs to your desired consistency.
03 - Place a sausage link, some scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Roll up the tortillas tightly and return them to the skillet seam-side down. Lightly toast until golden brown and heated through.
05 - Enjoy immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go breakfast!
