# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
02 - 1 bag (9 oz) oyster crackers
03 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the oyster crackers in a single, even layer.
02 - In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Let it simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens slightly and begins to bubble.
03 - Pour the warm caramel evenly over the crackers. Gently toss or spread with a spatula to coat all the crackers well.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Watch carefully to avoid over-baking.
05 - Remove from the oven and let cool completely. Once cooled, break into bite-sized clusters. Store in an airtight container.
