Salami Cream Cheese Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature.
02 - 20 slices thin salami.
03 - 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips.

# Instructions:

01 - Lay down plastic wrap on your counter.
02 - Roll cream cheese between plastic wrap into quarter-inch thick rectangle.
03 - Remove top wrap, layer salami over cream cheese and press gently.
04 - Flip using wrap, add green pepper strips evenly.
05 - Use wrap to roll tightly into log, avoiding air pockets.
06 - Wrap well and refrigerate 4-6 hours or overnight.
07 - Slice into rounds and serve.

01 - Can make up to 24 hours ahead.
02 - Slice just before serving.
03 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
