Red Velvet Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package red velvet cake mix.
02 - 2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour.
03 - 1 package (1/4 oz) active dry yeast.
04 - 1 1/4 cups warm water (110-115°F).
05 - 1/2 cup packed brown sugar.
06 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
07 - 1/4 cup butter, melted.
08 - 2 cups confectioners' sugar.
09 - 2 tbsp butter, softened.
10 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
11 - 3-5 tbsp milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cake mix, 1 cup flour, and yeast.
02 - Add warm water and beat 2 minutes.
03 - Gradually add remaining flour.
04 - Knead and let rise 2 hours.
05 - Mix filling ingredients.
06 - Roll dough into 18x10 rectangle.
07 - Add filling and roll up.
08 - Slice into 12 rolls.
09 - Rise another hour.
10 - Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
11 - Make icing and drizzle over warm rolls.

# Notes:

01 - Can add cream cheese to icing for extra tang.
02 - Makes great holiday or special occasion breakfast.
