Preheat your oven according to the package directions. Place the tater kegs on a baking sheet and bake until crispy, usually around 20-25 minutes. Let them cool slightly so you can handle them.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in ranch dressing, then stir in the crumbled turkey bacon. Remove from heat.

Once the kegs are cool enough to handle, carefully hollow out the centers with a small spoon or knife, making a pocket for the filling.

Spoon the beef and turkey bacon mixture into each tater keg. Press down gently to fill them well. Top each one with a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese.

Return stuffed kegs to the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with green onions if desired and serve hot with extra ranch on the side for dipping.
