Fry bacon until crispy, about 6-7 minutes. Remove bacon, keep drippings.

Sauté onion and garlic in bacon drippings until softened, 4-5 minutes.

Boil ramen (no seasoning packets), add peas last minute. Reserve 3/4 cup water before draining.

Whisk eggs, cheese, cooked onions, bacon drippings, salt, and pepper flakes.

Toss hot noodles with sauce, add bacon and pasta water gradually. Garnish with parsley.
