Heat olive oil over medium heat, add chopped chicken and cook until browning, about 5 minutes.

Add cream cheese and milk to chicken. Cook until cheese melts, stirring regularly.

Stir in sweetcorn, spinach, and Parmesan. Cook until spinach wilts.

Drain pasta, reserving some water. Mix pasta and reserved water into chicken mixture until well coated. Season to taste.
