Stir together the chicken, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Keep mixing till it looks smooth and blended.

Spread a tortilla on your table. Add a quarter of the chicken mixture right in the middle, keeping the edges clear. Toss some salad greens on top. Fold the sides inward to seal and wrap it up tightly from bottom to top.

Heat a skillet on medium and add a dash of olive oil. Put the wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook them for 3-4 minutes per side till they're crispy and nicely browned.

Take the wraps off the heat and let them rest for a moment. Slice each one in two and they're ready to eat.
