Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 teaspoon paprika
02 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
03 - 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
04 - 1/4 cup sour cream
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 4 cloves of minced garlic
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
09 - 1/2 cup softened cream cheese

→ Wraps

10 - 1 cup salad greens, mixed
11 - 4 large tortillas (flour)
12 - Olive oil to drizzle

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the chicken, mozzarella, softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Keep mixing till it looks smooth and blended.
02 - Spread a tortilla on your table. Add a quarter of the chicken mixture right in the middle, keeping the edges clear. Toss some salad greens on top. Fold the sides inward to seal and wrap it up tightly from bottom to top.
03 - Heat a skillet on medium and add a dash of olive oil. Put the wraps seam-side down in the pan. Cook them for 3-4 minutes per side till they're crispy and nicely browned.
04 - Take the wraps off the heat and let them rest for a moment. Slice each one in two and they're ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these cheesy chicken wraps on a wooden board. Add a drizzle of ranch or spicy aioli and a sprinkle of parsley for a nice finish.
