06 - 8 thick slices sturdy bread, such as sourdough or Italian
07 - 150 g shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - 120 ml pizza sauce or marinara sauce
09 - 24 thin slices pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine softened unsalted butter, grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until evenly blended.
02 - Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or marinara on 4 slices of bread. Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauced bread slices and top each with 6 slices of pepperoni. Place the remaining bread slices on top to close the sandwiches.
03 - Generously spread the prepared garlic butter over the outer sides of each assembled sandwich.
04 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side until the bread is golden, crisp, and the cheese is fully melted.
