Pink Chocolate Strawberries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 fresh strawberries (2 lbs)
02 - 11 ounces white chocolate chips
03 - 2 teaspoons coconut oil
04 - 5-10 drops natural red food coloring

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse strawberries and air dry completely on paper towels.
02 - Microwave white chocolate and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
03 - Add red food coloring to achieve desired pink shade.
04 - Use fork to dip berries, let excess drip off. Place on parchment paper.
05 - Let chocolate set, then drizzle with additional melted chocolate if desired.
