Pineapple Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained.
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
03 - 3 ounces pineapple flavored gelatin.
04 - 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs.
05 - 2 1/4 cups unsweetened coconut flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Drain crushed pineapple very well through fine mesh sieve.
02 - Mix softened cream cheese until smooth with no lumps.
03 - Mix pineapple gelatin into cream cheese until combined.
04 - Roll mixture into 1 tablespoon balls.
05 - Roll balls in graham crumbs then coconut.
06 - Refrigerate 4 hours until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Drain pineapple thoroughly.
02 - Use room temperature cream cheese.
03 - Keep refrigerated.
