Combine the Angel Food Cake mix and yellow cake mix in a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Shake thoroughly to mix.

Lightly coat a microwaveable mug with non-stick spray or use a disposable microwave safe paper cup.

In the prepared mug, stir together 3 tablespoons of cake mix and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix in 1 tablespoon of shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon of pineapple tidbits.

Microwave the mixture in the mug on high for 1 minute.

Sprinkle the top with a little coconut, a few pineapple bits, and a generous drizzle of coconut cream or syrup. Serve directly from the mug, or loosen the cake edges with a knife to transfer onto a plate before garnishing.
