04 - 1 bell pepper, sliced (optional)

05 - 120 g provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
06 - 120 g cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

→ Condiments & Seasoning

07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil (or butter for extra richness)
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste

→ To Serve

13 - Ketchup (optional, for serving)
14 - Mustard (optional, for serving)
15 - Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven or air fryer to 190°C. Cook fries according to package instructions until golden and crisp; typically 15 minutes in an air fryer. Set aside and keep warm.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced steak and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Sear for 2–3 minutes until just browned and tender. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil if needed. Sauté onion and bell pepper slices for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until soft and caramelized. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
04 - Arrange cooked fries on a baking sheet or serving platter. Top evenly with seared steak and sautéed vegetables.
05 - Sprinkle provolone cheese and cheddar cheese (if using) evenly over the toppings. Place under the broiler for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
06 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately with ketchup, mustard, or any preferred dipping sauces.

# Notes:

01 - Enhance with a spicy kick by adding jalapeños or drizzling with hot sauce.
02 - For a cheesier finish, drizzle with cheese sauce before serving.
03 - Ribeye offers maximum flavor, but flank or sirloin are excellent alternatives when thinly sliced.
04 - Crispy fried onions add extra crunch and texture.
