# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
02 - 1 cup pepperoni slices
03 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ For the Tacos

07 - 8 taco shells (hard or soft, your choice)
08 - Additional toppings (optional): diced bell peppers, sliced olives, red onion, fresh basil, or Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
02 - Stir in the pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and pizza sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and combined.
03 - Remove from heat and stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
04 - If using hard taco shells, bake them according to package instructions until crispy. If using soft shells, warm them in a skillet or microwave.
05 - Spoon the meat and cheese mixture into each taco shell. Top with additional toppings as desired.
