Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.

Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce. Add turkey pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top for extra flavor. Fold the tortillas in half to cover the fillings.

Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one or two quesadillas in the skillet, depending on the size of your pan.

Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
