Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 large flour tortillas
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
04 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for cooking

# Instructions:

01 - Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce over half of each tortilla.
02 - Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce. Add turkey pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.
03 - Sprinkle a pinch of garlic powder and Italian seasoning on top for extra flavor. Fold the tortillas in half to cover the fillings.
04 - Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place one or two quesadillas in the skillet, depending on the size of your pan.
05 - Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
