Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded.
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon onion flakes.
05 - ½ teaspoon salt.
06 - 7 ounces pepper jelly.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt until combined.
03 - Spread cheese mixture in oven-safe dish and bake 15 minutes until bubbly.
04 - Microwave pepper jelly in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
05 - Pour melted jelly over hot cheese dip and spread evenly.
06 - Serve immediately with crackers, chips or bread.
