Pepper Cheese Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Chicken wings, cut into 2 pieces
02 - 1½ cups All-purpose flour
03 - ⅛ cup Cornstarch
04 - ¾ cup Water
05 - 4½ tbsp Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 tbsp Mushroom powder
07 - 1 tbsp Black pepper seeds, crushed
08 - ¾ tsp Garlic powder
09 - ½ tsp Salt
10 - ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
11 - 1 tbsp Lemon juice
12 - Vegetable oil, for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Combine lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and ¼ tsp garlic powder. Rub the mixture into the chicken and marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Mix ½ cup all-purpose flour with water, ¼ tsp garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Dredge each piece of marinated chicken in the dry coating, then in the wet coating, and finally back into the dry coating. Ensure all pieces are evenly coated.
05 - Heat a pan, add vegetable oil, and warm it up to frying temperature.
06 - Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
07 - In a bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed black pepper, and mushroom powder. Mix well.
08 - Toss the fried chicken pieces in the bowl of seasoning mix, ensuring all surfaces are evenly coated.
09 - Serve the seasoned chicken with your favorite dipping sauce.
