# Instructions:

01 - Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin until thin and pliable.
02 - Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over each slice.
03 - Place one mini peanut butter cup at the edge of each slice and roll tightly into a log.
04 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
05 - In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
06 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
07 - Dip each roll quickly in the egg mixture, coating all sides.
08 - Place seam-side down in the skillet and fry for 2–3 minutes per side, turning to cook evenly until golden and crisp.
09 - Immediately roll each hot roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
10 - Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel sauce or melted peanut butter, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Nutella, cookie butter, or chocolate spread can be used instead of peanut butter for a fun twist.
02 - For a slightly healthier version, try whole wheat bread.
03 - These rolls freeze beautifully! Just reheat in an air fryer or toaster oven until crisp.
04 - Don’t soak the rolls too long in the egg wash—just a quick dip does the trick!
