Quick Peanut Ramen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pack (3 ounces) dry instant ramen noodles, seasoning packet discarded

→ Peanut Sauce

02 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter, unsweetened natural
03 - ½ tablespoon dark soy sauce
04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 tablespoon sriracha, or to taste
06 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - Salt to taste
09 - ½ teaspoon toasted sesame oil

→ Garnish

10 - 1 green onion, chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon crushed toasted peanuts
12 - Fresh red chili, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil ramen noodles until al dente, discarding flavor packet. Reserve ¼ cup noodle water before draining.
02 - Whisk peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt, sesame oil, and ¼ cup warm noodle water until smooth.
03 - Taste sauce and adjust flavors to preference.
04 - Add drained noodles to sauce with some green onions and crushed peanuts. Toss until noodles are well coated.
05 - Garnish with additional green onion, crushed peanuts, and optional chopped red chili.

01 - Use warm noodle water for creamier sauce texture
02 - Can adjust spiciness with sriracha amount
