Peanut Butter Toast Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices soft sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - Peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
03 - Nutella or chocolate spread

→ Egg Mixture

04 - 2 medium eggs
05 - 50 ml milk
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

07 - 3 tbsp granulated sugar
08 - 1 tsp cinnamon (optional but recommended)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a rolling pin to gently flatten each slice of bread.
02 - Spread a thin layer of peanut butter and Nutella on each slice. Roll each one up tightly into a log.
03 - In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
04 - Dip each rolled-up slice into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
05 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the rolls until golden brown and crisp on all sides, turning as needed.
06 - While still warm, roll each one in a mix of granulated sugar and cinnamon.
07 - Drizzle with melted peanut butter just before serving for the ultimate finish.
