Peach Moscow Mule (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon-Infused Simple Syrup

01 - ½ cup granulated sugar (100g)
02 - ½ cup water
03 - 1 stick cinnamon

→ Peach Moscow Mule

04 - 2 oz peach puree (about ½ fresh peach)
05 - 3 oz ginger beer
06 - 1 ½ oz vodka
07 - ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
08 - ½ oz cinnamon simple syrup
09 - Ice for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Measure out the water and sugar into a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat. Add in the cinnamon stick and cover for 30 minutes to 3 hours. Strain and pour into a mason jar. Refrigerate until ready to use.
02 - Puree a peach in a blender. Measure the peach puree, ginger beer, vodka, lime juice, and cinnamon simple syrup into a copper mug or preferred glassware. Stir until combined. Top with ice and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Cinnamon-Infused Simple Syrup recipe makes enough for 8 Peach Moscow Mules.
02 - Peach nectar or frozen peaches can be used if fresh peaches are unavailable. Canned peaches work if unsweetened syrup-free.
03 - Prepare the cinnamon syrup and peach puree in advance for easy entertaining.
04 - To serve a crowd, scale the recipe and use frozen peach slices instead of ice cubes to prevent dilution.
