Peach Crumble Cupcakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix.
02 - 1 cup water.
03 - 1/2 cup oil.
04 - 3 eggs.
05 - 16 oz vanilla frosting.
06 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 cup quick oats.
08 - 2 tbsp brown sugar, packed.
09 - 2 tsp granulated sugar.
10 - 1/8 tsp cinnamon.
11 - 2 tbsp butter, melted.
12 - 1 1/2 cups peach pie filling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line cupcake pan.
02 - Beat cake mix, water, oil, eggs for 3 minutes.
03 - Fill 24 liners halfway.
04 - Bake for 9 minutes until done.
05 - Cool for 1 hour.
06 - Mix crumble ingredients, spread on a lined sheet.
07 - Bake crumble for 15 minutes.
08 - Cut large peach pieces smaller.
09 - Pipe frosting around edges of cupcakes.
10 - Fill centers with crumble and peaches.
11 - Top with extra crumble.

01 - Uses box mix for easy prep.
02 - Can use any pie filling.
03 - Make crumble ahead if desired.
04 - Keep refrigerated.
