14 - 200g shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - 150g shredded cheddar cheese
16 - Extra crispy bacon bits, for topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pan, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same pan, cook the ground beef with onions, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in ketchup, mustard, and half of the cooked bacon. Set aside.
02 - In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
03 - Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread a thin layer of Parmesan garlic sauce in a baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, meat mixture, mozzarella, cheddar, and sauce. Repeat for 3 layers, finishing with cheese and remaining bacon bits on top.
04 - Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
05 - Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with pickles or extra burger toppings if desired.
