Oreo Frozen Yogurt Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz vanilla-flavored yogurt
02 - 10 Oreo cookies (6 whole, 4 coarsely chopped)
03 - 1 kiwi fruit
04 - 1/4 cup blueberries
05 - 1/4 cup mango, cubed
06 - 1/4 cup pineapple, small chunks
07 - 3 strawberries, hulled and quartered

# Instructions:

01 - Place 6 paper or silicone baking cups into a muffin pan.
02 - Place one whole Oreo cookie into each baking cup.
03 - In a medium bowl, mix yogurt and chopped Oreos together by hand until well combined.
04 - Spoon approximately 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into each baking cup.
05 - Cut the kiwi, mango, pineapple, and strawberries into appropriate sizes, and arrange all fruits on top of the yogurt mixture.
06 - Freeze the filled baking cups until firm, about 4 hours.
07 - Remove from the freezer 5 minutes prior to serving to allow for easier consumption.

# Notes:

01 - Using creamy yogurt varieties such as Greek or whole milk yogurt will yield a smoother texture.
02 - These can be prepared up to one day in advance. For storage longer than 4 hours, cover with plastic wrap to prevent freezer burn on the fruit toppings.
