Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened.
05 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup orange juice.
08 - Zest of 1 orange.
09 - 1 cup heavy cream.
10 - 1 (3 oz) package orange gelatin.
11 - 1 cup boiling water.
12 - 1/2 cup cold water.
13 - Ice cubes.
14 - Whipped cream (optional garnish).
15 - Orange slices (optional garnish).
16 - Orange zest (optional garnish).

# Instructions:

01 - Mix crumbs, sugar, butter. Press into springform pan. Chill.
02 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla until smooth.
03 - Add orange juice and zest.
04 - Whip cream separately. Fold into cheese mixture.
05 - Spread over crust.
06 - Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
07 - Add cold water and ice to make 1 1/4 cups.
08 - Pour over filling carefully.
09 - Chill 4+ hours until set.
10 - Garnish and serve cold.

02 - Can make 3 days ahead.
