Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.

Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Add frozen ravioli to the skillet and cook according to package directions, about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.

Return steak to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cook for another minute, until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.
