One-skillet Garlic Butter Steak Cheese Ravioli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
02 - 1 (20-ounce) package frozen cheese ravioli
03 - 4 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 cup beef broth
06 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
02 - Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
03 - Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
04 - Add frozen ravioli to the skillet and cook according to package directions, about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
05 - Return steak to the skillet. Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Cook for another minute, until cheese is melted and sauce is slightly thickened.
06 - Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and Parmesan cheese, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Sirloin works best for its optimal tenderness and flavor.
02 - For a creamier sauce, stir in heavy cream along with the beef broth.
03 - Ensure the ravioli is fully cooked for ideal texture.
