Cheesy Olive Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 loaf French bread (14-inches long)
02 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha

→ Filling

05 - 6 ounces (1 jar) sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives, drained
06 - 2.25 ounces (1 can) sliced black olives, drained
07 - 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
08 - 2 stalks green onions, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut French bread in half lengthwise and create shallow wells by scooping out some bread. Place on baking sheet.
02 - Mix mayonnaise, softened butter, and Sriracha in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in olives, cheese, and green onions.
03 - Spread filling evenly on both bread halves. Bake 25-30 minutes until cheese melts and browns.
04 - Cut into 2-inch portions and serve hot as an appetizer.
