No Yeast Dinner Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
05 - 2/3 cup milk.
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted.
07 - 1 large egg, beaten.
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish.
02 - Whisk flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl.
03 - Combine milk, melted butter, egg and honey if using.
04 - Stir wet ingredients into dry just until mixed. Don't overmix.
05 - Form dough into balls, place in baking dish.
06 - Cook 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Best served fresh and warm.
02 - Can add herbs or garlic for extra flavor.
03 - Keeps 2 days in airtight container.
