Millionaire Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs (12 crackers).
02 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
06 - 8 ounces crushed pineapple with juice.
07 - 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut.
08 - 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped.
09 - 1 cup maraschino cherries, chopped.
10 - 12 ounces whipped topping.
11 - Extra pecans.
12 - Extra cherries.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs.
03 - Mix crumbs with sugar and melted butter.
04 - Press into 9-inch pie plate.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes or freeze for 1 hour.
06 - Cool completely.
07 - Beat cream cheese and sugar for 3 minutes.
08 - Stir in pineapple, 2 tablespoons juice, coconut, pecans, and cherries.
09 - Fold in 2/3 of whipped topping.
10 - Spread the filling into the cooled crust.
11 - Chill for 3 hours.
12 - Top with remaining whipped topping.
13 - Garnish with cherries and pecans.

# Notes:

01 - No baking required for filling.
02 - Can be made a day ahead - add whipped topping just before serving.
03 - For extra cherry flavor, use cherry juice instead of pineapple juice.
