Combine melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.

Add graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined.

Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes in the freezer until firm.

Take small portions of the mixture (approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter), form into balls, and roll each ball in additional graham crumbs.
