No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) chocolate chips
02 - 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
03 - 1 1/2 cups (120g) dried coconut
04 - 1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1/4 cup (57g) melted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla extract

→ Coating

07 - 1/2 cup (60g) additional graham crumbs (for rolling)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine melted butter with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl.
02 - Add graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well combined.
03 - Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes in the freezer until firm.
04 - Take small portions of the mixture (approximately 1 1/4 inches in diameter), form into balls, and roll each ball in additional graham crumbs.
05 - Return the rolled balls to the refrigerator until firm, about 30 minutes to an hour. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
