Mulberry Iced Tea Cooler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 green tea bags
02 - 4 cups water
03 - ½ cup mulberry syrup, or more to taste
04 - Optional: mint leaves
05 - Optional: fresh lemon or lime

# Instructions:

01 - Boil 4 cups of water.
02 - Steep the green tea in a heat-safe bottle or bowl. Optional: Add a few mint leaves to the tea as it steeps, or add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.
03 - Add mulberry syrup to taste and stir the tea until combined.
04 - Chill the tea and serve over ice.
05 - If using fresh mulberries, add 1 cup of fresh berries to a food processor and process until broken up. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to collect the juice. Stir the juice into the tea and add sugar to taste (about 4-8 tablespoons for 4 cups of tea).

# Notes:

01 - Mulberries can be substituted with blackberries or blueberries.
