Boil 4 cups of water.

Steep the green tea in a heat-safe bottle or bowl. Optional: Add a few mint leaves to the tea as it steeps, or add a squeeze of lemon or lime juice.

Add mulberry syrup to taste and stir the tea until combined.

Chill the tea and serve over ice.

If using fresh mulberries, add 1 cup of fresh berries to a food processor and process until broken up. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve to collect the juice. Stir the juice into the tea and add sugar to taste (about 4-8 tablespoons for 4 cups of tea).
