Mint Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz unsalted butter, cubed.
02 - 2 1/2 cups granulated sugar.
03 - 1 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder.
04 - 1 tsp salt.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 tsp mint extract.
07 - 4 large eggs.
08 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
09 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips.
10 - 2 cups heavy cream, divided.
11 - Pinch of salt.
12 - Peppermint extract to taste.
13 - Green and yellow food coloring.
14 - 1/2 cup finely chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
15 - Chopped semi-sweet chocolate.
16 - Heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
02 - Line and grease 9x13-inch pan.
03 - Melt butter, sugar, cocoa, and salt over low heat.
04 - Add vanilla and mint extracts.
05 - Beat in eggs one at a time.
06 - Fold in flour until combined.
07 - Bake for 25-28 minutes until done.
08 - Melt white chocolate with cream for mousse.
09 - Whip remaining cream and add flavorings.
10 - Layer mousse on cooled brownies.
11 - Make glaze and pour over mousse.
12 - Refrigerate for 3+ hours until set.
